UK VISA APPEALS

Been Refused A UK Visa?

If you have applied for a visa and it has been refused, you may be able to appeal. Unfortunately it is not possible to appeal against every refusal. It might however be possible to seek an administrative review.

If you have submitted an application and it has been refused, the immigration authorities will issue you with a refusal letter. Together we can review this. We will advise you whether you can appeal and if you chose to do so we will tell you what the prospects of success will be.

After an appeal is lodged we wait to receive Notice of Hearing from the Tribunal.

You can instruct us to represent your case at any stage of the appeals process, choosing as many or as few of the following packages:

  • Merits Assessment only
  • Merits Assessment & Lodge Appeal
  • Merits Assessment & Administrative Review
  • Lodge Appeal
  • Preparing Appeal
  • Advocacy at Court
  • Full Appeal Package
